It’s important to find a therapist that works effectively, ethically and is able to respond to your needs. I only recommend therapists who I know are not only qualified and accredited, but who are also excellent practitioners whose work I admire.
Jo is a qualified and experienced humanistic therapist in Brighton who is passionate about co-creating the therapeutic relationship to facilitate change or increase understanding for clients. She works face-to-face and online. Her clinical specialism is working with the effects of depression/anxiety/trauma and with mothers/daughters – their relationships and transitions into motherhood. An aspect of therapy is increasing self-awareness, becoming more aware of our reactions to situations or people and identifying any connected emotions. She works creatively and collaboratively, and is fascinated by the stories we tell ourselves and of ourselves.
